Store Policies -- Payment Methods
Payment Methods AcceptedWe
accept Direct Bank Deposit (Australia only) and PayPal. If you really
need to pay via credit card and do not want to use PayPal's credit card
option, you can order our book through AbeBooks (abebooks.com). Postage
is a little higher through AbeBooks because we have to pay them a
shipping commission, but it is a very secure way to order.
Bank
cheques (from Australian banks) are fine, too, but I don't think anyone has sent us one for two or three years now. Cheques should be made
out to Wormhole Books and sent to Wormhole Books, PO Box 1203, Kunyung
VIC 3930.
Our PayPal address is [email protected] You can
use your credit card through PayPal if you wish. Also, I can send you a
PayPal invoice, which makes payment extremely simple and provides you
with an invoice. You can request an invoice during the checkout process,
I think. Or just email me.
Our bank details are BSB 633-000
(Bendigo Bank), Acct. No. 108826439 (M E Sanders/Wormhole Books). You
can use your name or the name of the book as the reference. (When you choose "Direct Bank Deposit" during checkout, we know to look out for the deposit, and we will email you as soon as it hits our bank account.)
Refunds
Never any problem. If the book isn't as described or has been wrecked
in the post (which has, so far, never happened with one of our books), we'll
refund your payment, including postage. If you've just changed your mind
after receiving the book, let us know the details and we'll work out an
agreed solution. At worst, you'll be asked to return the book and pay
for shipping, after which we'll send you your refund.
If you have any queries about any of this, just send us an email at [email protected]
Please note: There is an occasional, intermittent glitch in our email service that sometimes results in the sender (you) getting a non-delivery message (something like "inbox is full"). You can disregard this -- we will have received the email and will respond to you as soon as possible. I apologise for the instability. |
